They’re So good for those busy mornings and full of good quality ingredients your body will thank you for. Try these out and let me know how you like them 😘 ❤️
1 scoop of @1stphorm cinnamon cookie batter.
2 large brown bananas
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Note (If you prefer vanilla, chocolate mint cookies or any of your favorite #1stphorm flavor work great for this recipe too!! Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender. Blend mixture approximately 30-45 seconds or until completely smooth.
Using a spatula or spoon lightly stir in the chocolate chips
Spray a standard muffin tin with cooking spray and scoop batter into muffin tin (I use an ice cream scoop)
Bake 12-14 minutes or until muffins have set.

TGIF!! This week was very busy and productive, but now it’s time to wind down and head out for Christmas shopping with my family & dinner after. This week for breakfast instead of making the usual eggs and oatmeal for my family I decided to switch it up and go to one of my favorite substitutes. Quinoa is already a great protein source so I decided to make it a little more protein packed & not only does it taste great but it is super simple to make. So i thought why not share it with all of you guys 💕
1 cup of quinoa
2 scoops of @1stphorm Cinnamon Cookie Batter
1 cup of almond milk
2.5 cups of water
First, put 2.5 cups of water and 1 cup of almond milk in a pot (I use almond milk or lactaid because I’m lactose intolerant, but you can use 2% or coconut milk if you prefer), next mix @1stphorm Cinnamon Cookie Batter protein wish is my favorite because is the best quality protein Ive ever had 🙌🏽
Mix with all your ingredients and set to boil. Wait till you have a thick consistency and your quinoa doubles in size. If you like your quinoa moist or dryer, adjust the water and milk to your liking. Add some walnuts and serve and enjoy 👩🏽🍳 Macros: 3 servings- 424 calories, 46.4 grams of carbs , 33.5 grams of protein #ad
