After the Pyramid Training phase (shown in yesterday’s vid) I go into my superset training. For this workout I did 2 supersets, and performed each 3x, resting 30-45 seconds between each. I also opted here to do one Weighted exercise mixed with one cardio exercise in each set. .

40 Mountain Climbers

Annnd last but not least, I like to finish my session with a good burnout!! I typically choose two exercises and perform each for one minute straight! Here I chose..

قم بإعداد جانبي البكرة للجهاز على أعلى وضعية مع إرفاق المقبض في كل جانب. امسك المقبض بحيث تكون راحة اليدين متجه إلى الأسفل و قف في المنتصف بحيث تكون القدمين على مسافة عرض الكتفين. حافظ على استقامة الظهر و صدرك إلى الأعلى مع امتداد الذراعين على جانبيك على شكل حرف T  مع انحناء بسيط للمرفقين . هذا هو موقف ابتداء التمرين. أسحب كل مقبض إلى الأسفل و باتجاه البطن بحركة مشابهه لعملية غَرف حتى تلتقيان عند أعلى الفخذين. قم بعصر للجزء السفلي من الصدر مع بقاء الظهر مشدوداً، و ببطئ أعد اليدين إلى نقطة الانطلاق.

Set both sides of the cable pulley machine to the highest setting and attach a D-handle to each side. Using an overhand (pronated) grip, grab a handle in each hand and stand between them with your feet shoulder-width apart. Your arms should be extended out to your sides like a T, with your elbows slightly bent. This is the starting position.Bring both handles down and toward your bellybutton in a downward scooping motion until they meet in front of your hips. Squeeze your pecs at the bottom and, while keeping your core tight, slowly bring both handles back to shoulder level. That's one rep.

Дорогу осилит идущий. Гимнастика - дорога маленьких шагов. Не каждая тренировка приносит видимый результат, а гибкость нарабатывается через боль, слезы и рутинную, регулярную, упорную работу с собственным телом.

Еще вчера она так не умела. И завтра будет лучше.
