Anger is an emotion. Emotions stem from the experiences we go through in life, and how we choose to perceive these experiences. 💭 ▪️▪️▪️
When an individual finds them self emotionally angry, I encourage that person to find out where this anger stems from. This is because the anger expressed, is trying to protect some sort of wound that has arose from a life experience, that has stripped away at their original pure optimistic outlook on life. However, by choosing to face this wound and allowing yourself to feel those feelings, you can then gently peel away the guard of anger itself. It begins with you becoming conscious of this protection response first, because anger is not necessarily an emotional outcome without reason.
