I successfully lost 100 pounds in my early 20s & gained every single pound back. I then proceeded to lose & gain multiple times throughout my 20s. I won’t bore you with the details, but I’ll tell you this: if you’re struggling on this journey, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. & struggling doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
