Sometimes your food can describe you: messy, improvised, full of fat, but most importantly, amazing 😝but really tofu scramble is a favourite of mine and it's so simple! Bit high in fat, but can easily be lowered if you don't buy a premade stir fry with oil in 👌
Holiii, ya todo es felicidad porque estamos a casi viernes🙌 sin embargo ya saben que el frío ha hecho aparición en estas tierras calurosas así que ultimamente lo único que se me ha antojado es comer cosas calientitas, y una avena hervida es mi solución al frío mañanero❄
Lo que hago es hervir la avena(aprox 1/4 de taza y un poquito más) con agua, cacao (1cda), vainilla y canela, lo mezclo y lo pongo a fuego medio hasta que el agua se absorba, oigan el olor de esto cuando se va cociendo es riquiiiisimo!😍 huele como a pan recien horneadito🍞 jajaja, luego lo paso en mi platito y decoro, esta vez usé blueberry, plátano y zarzamora con amaranto espolvoreado🌱

I wanted to get this one done this morning to say thank you to all of you! This week I reached my first 1k, which is such an encouragement to me and what I’m doing! Everyone says that it isn’t about the number of followers, which is DEFINITELY true. But seeing that I have that many of you that support me and help me grow in this new passion, is so humbling and a huge motivation to keep pushing myself toward new experiences. So thank you so much to all of you- for the responses, the advice, the questions, the time, and the love you’ve sent my way!

I am not a person who thrives of having enough to do. Not at all. I would love to be one of those, but that just isn’t the reality. I must have some low energy time for myself where I can focus and recharge. I don’t have a lot of this golden time this year and I really need to find að way to deal with that, to be this I-love-having-enough-do-to person 😴
