Today was Cardio Flow. Don't let the name fool you. It's not fast paced yoga or pilates. It consists of 10 moves that are repeated over and over in a certain sequence. The moves are called the inchworm, spider pushups, diamond jumps, flamingo, duck, gorilla, step throughs, bear, crab, and mule to frog.
