Decided to do a Pull focused work out tonight after work so here are some of the sets I did.  To be honest, this workout really sucked.  I just wasn't feeling it. People were in my way (I'm secretly really selfish at the gym and hate feeling crowded), these two guys were lifting next to me and in between sets practicing their weird Kung Foo kicks and punches on each other, and my body was just not even trying to work hard and break a sweat.  In the end, I still did it even if I was being a little grumpy, pouty baby the whole time 🤣 *️⃣First video
1️⃣ Cable bicep curls 3x10
2️⃣TRX inverted bicep curls 3x12
3️⃣ Banded 5/5/5 curls. 5 from the bottom up,5 from Midway to the top, 5 full curls. *️⃣second video
1️⃣Pull ups until failure 3x as many as possible
2️⃣TRX pull ups 3x12
3️⃣Single arm banded rows 3x15 *️⃣third video
1️⃣Cable RDLs- the plates are so my feet don't slide 3x10heavy
2️⃣Cable kickbacks 3x15
3️⃣ (Not shown) TRX hamstring curls 3x12

Not filmed were some lat pulls, seated rows and DB RDLs.

Finished DAY6/80!! Tomorrow is rest day so do you know what that means.  I have officially completed Week 1 of 80 Day Obsession. Heck Yeah!! 👊 
Today was Cardio Flow.  Don't let the name fool you.  It's not fast paced yoga or pilates.  It consists of 10 moves that are repeated over and over in a certain sequence. The moves are called the inchworm, spider pushups, diamond jumps, flamingo, duck, gorilla, step throughs, bear, crab, and mule to frog. It was a single leg bridge chest press rotation. Not only are you working the chest with a heavy emphasis on the shoulders...you’re also hitting that posterior chain of hamstrings, glutes, and your Core. Od Skalpela wszystko się zaczęło. Cała moja przemiana nie tylko fizyczna, ale przede wszystkim psychiczna.
