#transformationtuesday Pre-Pregnancy > 35 weeks pregnant > 5 weeks Post Partum ❤ I'm officially under my prepregnancy weight now so over 12kg down. I lost so much muscle during my pregnancy as I wasn't able to workout pretty much at all 😔 I'm so happy to be able to use myself as motivation to get back to where I was and then even better! 🤗 Only 1 more week until I can get clearance to workout again! I'm using this time to focus on my diet, cutting out all the crap I was consuming and to get back into good habits 👏 My goal for this week is no added sugar. One step at a time! #tmt#sugarfree

Trying to get in some cardio on leg day since I’ve been working out less with exams. I did the first exercise by itself followed by 2 supersets. ~10/side Side lunge variation .
~12 Hamstring curl ~10/side Jump lunges .
Superset 2 ~ 12 Leg press ~ 29 jump squats
Vanilla Chia Pudding from our JBT program. We are loving having these for breakfast or even a snack with beautiful summer fruits to put on top. It sits nice and light on your belly and a great alternative to oats but just as filling. This is dairy, gluten and sugar free! So quick and easy to make the day before it didn't even take me 5 mins!
Sorry I've been missing for awhile. I've been dealing with some personal family stuff. But all that set aside I cannot wait to get home and dig into this Butter Chickpea with Carrots, Wild Rice Pilaf with LOTS of Fresh Cilantro 😊 If you know me you know I ❤️ Cilantro!
Btw if you didn't already know Cilantro is such an amazing herb! It's part of the brassica family 💚 which means it contains I3C which helps to detoxify and balance hormones (specifically estrogen). This means it can help reduce your risk to hormone related illnesses (PCOS, Endometriosis, PMS, Hormonal related Breast/Ovarian/Uterine/Cervical Cancers). This little bad @$$ of a 🌿 also is great at detoxifying heavy metals which we can all use a little more of!
Yesterday I was feeling a bit funky all day, like I just couldn't get my head right.... some LIMITING BELIEFS creeping in 😕. I didn't feel much better when I woke up today...... that funky feeling was sticking around... so I knew I had to do something GOOD for myself.
So.......I pulled on my runners & walked outside & BREATHED in the fresh morning air. I ran to my fav hill & watched the SUNRISE.......& MEDITATED. I handed my worries, concerns & DOUBTS over to the Universe...& I smiled.....& felt a shitload BETTER!
