In early 2017 I lost a considerable amount of weight due to stress related issues. I was clocking in at 70kg, approximately 13kg less than my standard weight. According to the BMI charts this is OK for a height of 5'10", however I didn't feel fantastic within myself and many friends commented on my dwindling appearance.
Since having some time to recollect myself, I've prioritised a healthy intake of food (mainly protein based), exercise and good vibes as standard. Doing so has allowed me to regain a more robust 81kg and left me feeling accomplished again.
Life will always throw challenges our way that force us to address and adapt our circumstances. Going through this process has taught me a lot more about myself and further connected to my source energy aka soul, aka the higher power, God, Most High, Intuition, etc. It's this inner force that works for our greater good at all times and should not be ignored.
There may be times when you'll doubt yourself and wish to give up, however I say don't - allow negative thoughts to occur, they serve their own purpose - however as long as you are breathing and perceiving you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Never allow anyone to deter you from a goal you have set for yourself and always remember that we are powerful creators in charge of our destiny.
Everything begins with the thought, which becomes the will, which dictates the action.
