The full routine is 10 pull-ups ,10 Muscleups ,10 SBDIPS,10 pull-ups and come down the ladder 9-9-9-9,8,8,88 all the way down to 1 then 5 Muscleups 20 Dips x 9 sets then 10 pulls 20 dips for 5 sets

Pros💭 
1.I finished the routine🙏🏾(Muscle-ups during long routines trying to be unbroken is a weakness )
2.I chose a new set that I knew would completely push me past my comfort zone!

1.I want it to be cleaner (so I have work to do )

Two-fingers pull up achieved🔓. Ultimate goal is one finger pullup but it will take me sometime. Slowly but surely.
Many people asked me how do I improve my pull strength quickly, and one of the methods I used is the finger-subtracting method. For example, you are used to using both arms with your pullups and you can actually do pullups with just four fingers both arms, subsequently three fingers both arms then so and so forth. Slowly you can move to one arm pullup training. After the method training, you realize that you grip strength will improve and normal pullups will be a piece of cake for you. Hope this will be helpful to those who wanna improve your pullups. Cheers🍻
