Back gains coming in strong. 🙌💪 .
Even though, I deal with back pain, and joint issues, I still train every part of my body equally and properly. I try to always focus on form and lately mind to muscle more so.
I am not perfect; I don’t always stay true to macros, I sometimes give up on myself too soon, I tend to over analyze things and pick myself apart, I still deal with stress and therefore, belly fat, I don’t have the “perfect” body, but I am ME. I have flaws, but I also have beautiful qualities as well. Sometimes, as humans, we like to compare ourselves to others and their situations, but what we don’t understand is they also deal with THEIR flaws as well. NO ONE is perfect, and once you start to embrace who you are and love your flaws as well, you will blossom and endure every situation you are in with a positive mindset. .

For the past few days, Ive honestly been feeling a bit caught up in life and have been housing underlying stress about things I KNOW I shouldnt stress over. So after listening to @timferriss ‘s new series, I decided to reflect on the 80/20 principle and it gave me a whole new perspective 🙆🏻
Tomorrow, do this;
🔹Write down the 20% of people, responsibilities, and actions that cause 80% of your happiness and overall positive emotional states.
🔹Write down the 20% of people, actions and responsibilities that cause 80% of your pain, headaches, and negative emotional states
Youll likely gain a whole new view on your life and ideally, realize that your problems are very small in the grand scheme 🙏🏻

Got in a great workout with my mom today!! We did Day 1 of my Curvy In 30 Challenge and it was such a struggle since we both haven’t worked out in a while. But all that matters is getting back into it and I’m so excited to get back in routine of eating good and working out 💪🏽

1 cucchiaino di cacao amaro
Pezzi di arance a pezzi
La farcitura è con marmellata di arance amare delle rigoni e glassa di cioccolato fondente al 90% della Lindt! Buona serata♥️

I know we all have a million things going on right now and it’s extremely easy to get distracted by the things that we think we “need” to get done. But sometimes that keeps us from focusing on what’s important (like taking care of ourselves). So do yourself a favor and don’t let yourself off the hook this week. Do what you can with what you got and KEEP SHOWING UP! 💪🏼
