Friday night workout- complete. I did some insanity in the side room while my friendly giant boyfriend crushed some weights. I remember when I used to look forward to Friday because it meant drinks followed by a gnarly hangover the next day. It’s mind boggling to think that I am in better shape at 27 than when I was 21. Taking care of your body doesn’t go out of style with age and it’s never too late to start teaching yourself better habits. Now, excuse me while I go smash a turkey taco and lots of water.

Today’s exercise is BARBELL ROW , this exercise is practically, other than deadlift , the god lift for back: because it targets almost every area of your back if you do it right! - it works your major/minor rhomboid, lats, and scapulae. 
So my tips for this exercise are: 
1. LIFT YOUR CHEST AND STRAIGHTEN YOUR BACK - This is essential to avoid injury. If you cannot keep a straight back on this movement you aren’t maximising your gains from Barbell Row.
2. DON’T USE A WIDE GRIP - Gripping wide on Barbell Row just makes things significantly harder. You would want to use a medium grip to be able to do MORE REPS!
3. Don’t EGO lift - This exercise although is a full body compound movement cannot be EGO lifted , it just leads to form breaking down and eventually back pain.
Overall guys this is a good movement to do if you want to thicken your bac, ensure you are doing this right and you’ll make the gains 😅

Not smiling because I forgot my superfoods back home :( not only is it upsetting because it’s my healthiest meal of the day  but I also just don’t feel right without it anymore ! 
I used to think shakes where a bunch of bologna, but my superfoods changed my life ! Goodbye IBS and migraines... it’s not even needed for a meal replacement! I use it as a morning or evening snack to cut my sugar cravings and munchies. Definitely making sure it’s the first think I pack next time.

What would you say if you can get a gift and build a business at the same time. Yes I’m not talking rubbish. 🙏🏼 We are living proof of this. We see results, we see our health and fitness get better. And we get to build a business that works in our own time. We both have full time jobs and still manage to run a business. Some may say they have no time, but is easy. 👊🏻 I was just like you. I kept saying I have no time and had all the excuses. But then I just did it. We invested in us not by huge amounts of cash, by simply wanting to build something that will make a difference and help others around us. And guess what it’s working. 😊

I can’t tell you how easy this is. It’s Not Pyramid Scheme I would never do this and it’s not allowed. 🚨🙅🏼‍♀️ We are all talking about helping others, so why don’t we do this together? 🤔
