Not much activity from me of late. I’ve been like a bear most of this winter, hauled up in my cave (writing uni assignments, not hibernating unfortunately). Not the most fun time ever...and a few more weeks of it ahead. Freedom after that though!!! And a lot of exciting plans coming up. Business is registered...ideas manifesting 🌊🌎🏄🏽♂️
Meditation everyday. What am I pouring my focus into? It makes a difference. When I am focused positively my world is full of positivity. This is what changes looks like when you apply principles from Philosophy, Zen Buddhism, Humanisitic, Psychology, Metaphysics, Sociology and even Biology, just to name a few. Change is framed as one of two polarities while, large and meaningful related to quality of life, progress is often incremental and not necessarily forward moving.
