1 oz. Sunshine Liqueur (@shelterpoint)
3/4 oz. lemon juice
3 dashes Lem-Marrakech bitters (@bittered_sling)

Another creation using Shelter Point Distillery's (@shelterpoint) Sunshine Liqueur. The liqueur's warm flavours of maple, orange, and chai spice really did a great job at complimenting the vanilla and cocoa notes of the rum. The spice-factor of the drink was further elevated by Lem-Marrakech bitters, which boasts of Moroccan spices, including black peppers, cinnamon, and cumin. A great way to keep warm this winter.

Blood Orange Negroni Sour 🍊
1 oz Tanqueray London dry Gin
½ oz Aperol
½ oz Campari
1 oz Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
1 oz of fresh blood orange juice
1 tsp lemon juice
Garnrish: slice of blood orange peel pierced with a rosemay sprig -
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker except garnish. Dry shake vigorously, then wet shake. Strain into cocktail glass, add garnish.

☕️ As we countdown to the New Year, we have a few festive cocktail suggestions like the Hot Honey 🍯 Butter made with 2 oz Drambuie Liqueur, 1 tbsp Natural Apple 🍏 Butter, .5 tbsp Unsalted Butter, 6 oz Whole Milk 🥛, 1 pinch Kosher Salt, 0.125 tsp Ground Cinnamon & 0.125 tsp Ground Nutmeg. Heat milk, apple butter and spices together until hot. Double-strain into a cup over bitter. Stir in Drambuie. Top with additional milk foam & garnish with cinnamon stick. ☕️
