Sometimes the best way to act, is to wait. When you've put in the long hours, the hard days, and the even longer nights there is a point where diminishing returns start to kick in. When you've given it your all, sometimes all you can do is ride the wave out and see what happens, while being ready to adapt and take charge whenever that wave breaks. Patience is key in life, especially when trying to build an empire, because nothing worth doing happens over night. Fall in love with the process, and patience will be natural. Results are the outcome of great patience. Stay Up! 🚀👆🔝
Words can’t begin to express how proud I am of my older sister! 💕Nobody knows the struggles she went through during PA School... There were so many days where Malaka would call me crying her eyes out because of her exams! You are my inspiration @malaka21! You never gave up and held your head up high! I love you so much Malaka and I’m so happy to call you my gorgeous sister! Everyone go follow @malaka21 for some tips about becoming an awesome PA! 🤗
Those are exactly the kind of people I need in my life. People who pretend that they are fond of me are just not worth my attention. Type ‘YES’ if you agree. #2018#newyear#keepitreal .

@briandecosta is a great example of someone who stuck to the process and chased after what he wanted 🔥 No shortcuts, just good ol hard work 🔥
Ok I get it.....starting anything is always the hardest part. However if you make that effort and put in the work. If you can just get a routine in place. This journey towards a healthy body and mind will leave you with a great feeling and great rewards.
Now the second hardest part is keeping motivated. How can you possibly maintain that lifestyle? Well here are some helpful tips to get you on your way to getting fit and staying that way!
🔥Get in the habit of writing specific goals OFTEN! When I say specific I mean saying “I will lose 10lbs in 30 days” instead of “I want to drop a few pounds. When you accomplish one goal just move on to another! .
🔥Be Patient! We often want to rush the process, but there is no magic pill for this. Just take everything one day at a time and keep working hard!
🔥Track Your Progress! It’s easy to lose motivation when you don’t know if anything’s changing. By tracking the weights and progress pictures you can see just how far along you are.
🔥Celebrate each milestone! It doesn’t matter if you lose one pound or twenty! What matters is that you’re making progress 👌🏽💪🏽 .
🔥Be accountable!!!!! GET A COACH!!!! When you have someone who knows your goals and is there to push you, your rate of success goes way up!!!! 😀
SO WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO START!?!?⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️
Whats worse than not having a presence on social media? .
Having a page and not updating it! Many people will go to Facebook to check out a business before they decide to do business with them. If your page hasn't been updated since 2016, there's a high possibility they will go to the next business and check them out for two main reasons.. ☝️ They wont find the information they are looking for that gives them the confidence to do business with you. ✌ They will think you are out of business. .
If you are a business owner, you MUST have a presence on social media....not on EVERY platform, but where your demographics are! They are looking for you, be sure youre there to greet them!
Postcarbs-prepoop-nopump-postclient-pic. Don’t care about size, which yes is easy for me to say as I’ve always been skinny but I want a strong body from the inside and core out, a lifetime of illness and injures will shift your values. But as a by product of focusing on building a strong functional body it’s amazing seeing the growth as a by product. Programming by the legendary @r33c3yb0y which consists of 5 weights sessions and an additional 4 sessions a week of my own gymnastics mobility stretching destressing hybrid sessions so total of 10-12 hours a week in the Gym on the body then 30 Mins daily on balls and foam roller. 10-11 month’s from now will be on stage. #InvestInYourself
A year ago, I was sitting in my doctor’s office talking about the pain in my back. I’ve sprained it twice, and the residual damage had begun to affect my daily life. My doctor was warning me that I needed to start investing in myself: do yoga because that made it feel better, and take the time to exercise and eat right to inch my weight down. He was blunt; take the time to care for my back now, because it will only get worse. -
He likened it to a 401k. I had to start paying in to my health now, so it would be there when I need it years from now. A small investment now would pay dividends down the road. This made an impression on me. But then I found out I was pregnant and I stopped thinking about taking care of me for my own sake. -
Fast forward to today. I’ve found a program that supports me as I work to clean up my nutrition. I’ve found a group of people that encourage me to check off that workout each day, even when it’s hard. I’ve got the tools I need to help me invest in myself. And it’s working. My weight is inching down. My back is regaining its old flexibility. I can lift my daughter without pain. It might have taken a year to get started, but I don’t intend to let anything stop me now. -
Free TIP Tuesday:
Need a healthy snack on the go? These cinnamon chocolate chip protein bars are great to keep on hand for breakfast on the go, those "hangry" moments, or right after a workout.
2 cups oats (old fashioned is best, but quick oats are fine)
1 cup peanut butter (natural, no sugar added)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
1 cup whey protein powder (I used chocolate, but any flavor is fine)
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Roasted the oats in the oven on a cookie sheet, without oil, for 10-15 minutes. Cool completely.
IMPORTANT: BE SURE your oats have cooled down completely from being roasted or they will totally melt your chocolate chips.
Knead all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
5. Spread out the batter on a cookie sheet or other baking dish (I used a quarter sheet here).
6. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until the bars are a nice golden brown color.
7. Cut and allow to cool. Store in a zipper-top plastic bag or food storage container.
I made 24 small bars. Each yield approximately 150 calories, 7g fat, 16g carbs, 8g sugar, and 6g protein.
Investing in yourself means you want more and you deserve more and you're not afraid to go get more because you believe in yourself!!! It's filling yourself with what you need to pour into someone else! When was the last time you've invested in YOU?
Nu blir det dusch och lunch. Alltså först dusch, sen lunch. Jobbdagen har chefen idag lagt 13.00-17.00. Hur jobbar du idag? ☺️ #minegenchef
Tired of depending on someone else to pay your bills? 💵💵
Two incomes and still need to make sacrifices??😣😣
Are you unable to enjoy the fruits of your labor???😡😡
Would love to travel more but cant afford to???🌏🌏
Do you need/ or would like more of a social life??🙋🙋
If an opportunity presented itself for you not to fit in any of the above categories would you take it??🤔🤔🤔
Paparazzi can fix that!!! Paparazzi is putting people in a position to be independent, to travel for free(I didnt earn my trip this year, but make no error I will next year), to network and brainstorm with other like minded people. If you can go hard for someone else's business, you can go harder for your own!!! You can't leave a job to your children, but you can leave a business! Just up early thinking... I know people see the opportunity and may be hesitant, but just imagine where you'd be if you would've started when you first heard about... #itjustmakessense#paparazziisagoldmine#multiplestreams#beyonce#rihanna#investinyourself#nobrainer#whodoesntneedmoremoney#whatsstoppingyou#joinmyteam#youwillthankmelater#mompreneur#paparazzibaby
