Monday Motivation ✨✨: Do what it says on the tin - live your best life, whatever that may be! Don't just settle, strive for what makes you happy. You only get one life, squeeze every last drop out of it #motivationalquotes#livelife#christmassparkle
I reckon people think I’m jolly and motivated all of the time, because of the content I post on social media, the books I write, and the videos I make.
Things aren’t always as they appear (especially on social media)🤷. Sometimes I fall into a funk and lose my drive. I’m very familiar with the feeling of falling into a negative zone😑. Thankfully, I know how to shake it off when it strikes💃. .
In today’s #MombossMonday episode I share the 7 step process I use to: ▫️Fill up on positivity ▫️Overcome procrastination/laziness ▫️Get centered and motivated again Click link in bio to watch↪@sandrathemomboss
Every Monday is a fresh start. 💫💫
It’s a new day, a new week. We celebrated Marty’s birthday yesterday with all the yummy goodness of brunch, mimosas, and lasagna. Today I get right back on track with all my favorite things! 💙💙
I used to hate Monday’s, but now I truly look forward to them, and look forward to the opportunities that they bring. It’s about finding the things you love and making that a priority. I really used to think... haha yeah right, you can’t just do what you love. But YES you can. 💕💕
It might take working your booty off, it might take trying something new, it might take a leap of faith, it might take falling down, it might take standing back up, it might take time, but in the end if it makes you happy, gives you freedom, creates the life you wake up loving..... this isn’t it ALL worth it?
It's the most wonderful time of the year and we're ready to celebrate BIG! Over the next 12 days, join us as we celebrate the 12 Days of Tecdonor, highlighting all the exciting new features our platform has to offer. -
Volunteers, Businesses, and Nonprofits - check back each day to learn a new way Tecdonor can help you start giving back and making a difference!
I want to thank my dad for being a violent drunk.⠀
He taught me to never be involved with a man who doesn’t respect me.⠀
That I would never let anyone treat me the way he treated my mum. ⠀
That when I had my own kids I would make sure that their relationship with their dad is a strong one because it’s something I never had.⠀
Me and my daughter’s dad aren’t together. ⠀
But we get on and I have never and will never come between their relationship because their bond means everything to me.⠀
I want to thank the man who sexually abused me.⠀
He taught me empathy and compassion. ⠀
He taught me that I can take a lot of pain.⠀
Not only can I take a lot of pain but I can get through it and come out stronger. ⠀
He taught me the importance of talking to my daughter about her body.⠀
About how her body is hers.⠀
I want to thank both of these men who I loved and trusted completely.⠀
They broke my trust in the most horrendous ways. ⠀
They taught me forgiveness.⠀
They taught me how to respect myself.⠀
How to love myself.⠀
I’m a fucking fighter. ⠀
I’m doing ok.⠀
I’m doing more than ok.⠀
I’m grateful for all of the above. ⠀
I’m achieving things in my life I never thought were possible.⠀
I’m proud as fuck of myself.⠀
My abuser also taught me that I’m shit at trying to take my own life I tried it once and nearly again and couldn’t do it both times. ⠀
Fuck had to add that to lighten this post up 😃⠀
You might think I’m nuts saying all this.⠀
All of the above made me, me. ⠀
Not only did I get through it all, I help people who have bs stories and beliefs about why they can’t be, do and have what they want in this lifetime.⠀
I spent years holding onto anger, resentment, shame and guilt.⠀
The only person I was hurting was myself.⠀
I told myself I wouldn’t beat myself up any more by living my life with regrets.⠀
Regrets about what happened or didn’t happen, what I did or didn’t do.⠀
The past is done.⠀
It’s part of who I am.⠀
But it don’t define me any more.⠀
Three rules for life. ⠀
That is all.⠀
