The sinister spires of Stokksness in Icelands eastern region.. one of my favourite locations to shoot... the area is remote, moody and allows you to really get creative. We had to get rather creative not long after this shot... digging our van out of the sand 🕺🏻 but thanks to a piece of string, a lot of patience and some very helpful Italian tourists we managed to break free and proceeded to consume a heavy amount of beer in celebration.

Lack of exercise over the festivities can create a low mood and lead to a real slump in January! This is caused by lack of sunlight, lack of exercise and overindulgence in rich food and alcohol. One way to pull ourselves out of the slump is to get MOVING!
