Since the HIIT circuit was in the lead, I figured I’d record it before I had to leave to for work. But if you voted for the resistance band leg workout, don’t worry! I’ll be filming that later this week, so keep an eye out 😉

You can perform this at home ORRRR at the gym! It’s always good to switch up your cardio, so take a break from your normal treadmill walk or stair master workout & try this instead!

“So many people have whined for years that the running shoe brands do not do research to back up the claims that they make for their shoes, yet when they do do it they whine that they don’t trust the research as it was done or funded by a running shoe company. To claim that the study should be dismissed due to the funding source is the same thing as alleging that the researchers faked the data, in which case, that is defamatory and you may want to find a good lawyer. Yes, industry-funded research is not without its problems. It is widely known that studies with negative results (eg drug trials) may not ever get published, therefore biasing the collective body of literature on a topic. Bodybuilding has literally changed my life, I went through rough patches where I was over restrictive and never made any progress, but my love for it has always been there since I first started.

Years on and I would actually say I'm fairly knowledgable and a lot of that has come from making mistakes and trying stuff out for myself which I also really really enjoy.

This is literally the beginning on my journey and I know that I have so so much to improve on and I will work at that every single day for the next however many decades. 
#
But for now pass me the vodkas and pass the chocolate, one of the most important things ive learnt on my journey so far is that life is all about balance and enjoying the process, if you don't then seriously what's the point.

And yes i am fluffy af but I'm also happy af.. Two nights ago I had 15+ vodkas and was sick under a table in a bar, I'm living life😝✌🏻️

I started tonights leg session with Squats (of course)... and accidentally miss-calculated the weight on the bar... putting 90kgs on instead of 80kgs 😳

But it felt sooo light, I decided to go up another 10kgs to 100kg for sets of 8 reps! 🏋🏻‍♀️💙

It doesn’t matter how perfectly you plan your training loads out... I am a firm believer of using a little intuition in your training.... if you feel good... why not go for it.... of its just not there one day.... just pull back.

If you are experienced in the gym.... trust yourself....Your body knows what you need! -
If you are more of a beginner.... sometimes your self doubt can be a little louder than your intuition.... so tread lightly.... you are more capable than you think!

Per anni mi sono privata di ciò che mi piace, anche se non sono "fit" o come volete mi andavano, e poi siamo sinceri davvero due biscotti ogni tanto rovineranno tutto?

If you are counting calories, you need to be a little more wary of the serving size of your food consumption.

For example, you can't possibly assume all apples are ~70kcal! On a side not, apples are generally healthy and is one of the best fruits you can have for a snack/part of your meal. But just be a little careful of the size of apple that you are going to consume! Make sure it is within your calorie control! ✅Just a little tip: Try to gauge using hand portions! Not really a fan of weighing food/carrying around a weighing scale, but in the first few phases, you can try to weigh and get a hang of it using visual and hand portioning. Ultimately, you will be able to gauge the serving size without a weighing scale! 👍🏻

There are so many wonderful things about you and your body—too many to count—to be so concerned with the ones you don’t like. Your body does so much for you, keeping you alive, healing you from sickness, giving you the ability to enjoy life’s experiences through your senses; it deserves to be loved and appreciated. FOCUS!  No Excuses!  My list of injuries is quite extensive.  Degenerative disks at L4 L5 which at times wreak havoc on my S1 nerve. C4 C5 C6 C7 cause issues in my neck and nerve pain down into my right arm.  Screws and barley any movement in my left wrist accompanied with arthritis.  Right and Left triceps tendons have both been fully torn off at the elbow and I have metal screws in both elbows with the most recent surgery 6 months ago.  I have been pretty hard on this old body over the years yet I still managed to find ways to train and push on.  Leaving the ego at the door is the main thing.  It's more important to me to be able to train consistently vs trying to do some poor form heavy lift and triggering an injury and not being able to train.  These comebacks after injuries/surgeries are a bitch.  Yet still unstoppable 💪😎

FOCUS! No Excuses! My list of injuries is quite extensive. Degenerative disks at L4 L5 which at times wreak havoc on my S1 nerve. The attitude part isn't easy but it's a choice.
