Transformation Tuesday.. everyone does things in their own way & own time, recently had people say to me how have you lost your weight so quick, which isn't the case at all. There is 32 weeks between these photos. I wanted to do a slow & maintainable weight loss. Which at times has been frustrating because you do a bit of abs and cardio then expect a six pack the next day!! Really learnt about my body cutting down this time and still enjoying my foods & eating treats. Find balance & what work for you ❤️

Was ist derzeit eigentlich der Plan?
Ich trainiere derzeit wie  bereits seit fast einem Jahr jetzt mit dem Fokus auf den Unterkörper  bzw Fokus auf den Po. Funktioniert gut, Booty wächst.
Meiner Ernährung halte ich derzeit sehr locker.
Ich esse das was ich will, klar, ich gehe jetzt nicht jeden Tag zum Burger King, aber das ist auch einfach nicht mein Ding, weil ich mich dann nicht mehr wohl fühle.
Ich schaue nicht sonderlich auf die Kalorien, wenn ich Lust auf was Süßes habe, esse ich das. Wenn ich dadurch ein wenig zunehme ist das nicht weiters tragisch, da es derzeit einfach wichtigere Dinge gibt und außerdem ein bisschen mehr Kalorien im Training ja auch von Vorteil sind 😉 #bootymustgrow
Außerdem ist ja schließlich Winter, da kann man das mal machen 😬 und ich möchte auch nicht auf die ganzen Leckereien zur Weihnachtszeit verzichten wollen😍
Solange ich meine Wohlfühlform nicht überschreite, alles gut✌🏻
Man sollte einfach nicht immer so verkrampft sein. Wenn du das ganze Jahr top in Shape sein willst, kein Problem, kannst du machen, ich brauche nicht 365 Tag im Jahr einen harten Sixpack und man braucht ja im neuen Jahr schließlich auch wieder ein neues Ziel auf das man hinarbeiten kann oder?😉
Im neuen Jahr kann dann wieder angegriffen werden.

Sept ans séparent la photo de gauche et celle de droite. .
À gauche j'avais 15 ans, je faisais 55kg mais je mangeais de tout mais en déséquilibre. Nutella à la cuillère pour le dessert, gâteau, céréales sucrés, pizzas, et un peu de légumes et de viandes avec des pâte 🙈. Franchement ça aurait pu être pire niveau poids (je fais 1m63).

Au milieu j'avais 17 ans et je pesais 30kg. Plus de nourriture, la phobie des kilos, l'anorexie totale. C'était l'extrême.

À droite, aujourd'hui 51kg. Je mange de tout, je me fais plaisir tous les jours sans restriction. Je suis bien dans mon corps, j'adore manger et je l'assume. Je ne suis pas de diet particulière, juste je mange ce que j'aime et j'ecoute mon corps. .
Je n'ai jamais été obèse mais j'ai été mal dans mon corps. J'ai mal mangé, sur-mangé, sous mangé et même si beaucoup diront qu'à gauche je n'étais pas grosse, je me sentais mal dans ma peau. Je suis tombée dans des extrêmes et j'ai mis du temps à trouver mon équilibre mais aujourd'hui je dis merci la vie de m'avoir laissé le temps de trouver cet équilibre 🙏.

I’m really enjoying focussing more on my upper body strength at the moment as I’ve never had any 💪🏻 Also, the difference between contact and none contact was so noticeable.
