For the smoothie:
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 Tbs ground flax or chia

Maple peanut butter banana chia pudding I’m soooo into you (especially with some crumbled up peanut maple pleasure @rachelpaulsfood Happy Bar on top - made with all-natural simple ingredients)!
The chia pudding is 3 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tsp creamy peanut butter, 1 tsp maple syrup, pinch of cinnamon, 1/2 banana & 1 cup homemade almond milk all blended together. In the morning I added a little of the peanut maple bar crumbled on top with more PB & banana 😍

Last week I discovered that Sainsbury’s have really expanded their range of alternative foods. I’m so pleased! Half the challenge of getting my clients to stick to their protocol is finding healthy foods that are accessible for them. Having a huge supermarket like Sainsbury’s now stock more alternative food, like this #dairyfree and #glutenfree#pizza, is a life saver! Obviously in an ideal world my clients would all eat holistically and from scratch. I’m not saying that eating this pizza everyday is good nutrition. Far from it. But more often than not, my clients need convenient foods and crave some meals that don’t support their health goals. It’s nice to know that there are some options now available. 5 ingredient banana oat bars!
The perfect pre/post workout snack!
Combine 2 mashed bananas, 6 food processed pitted dates, 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup flax seeds ground, and a splash of almond milk in a mixing bowl. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, sea salt and vanilla to taste. Drop into silicone baking cups. Bake at 350 until firm to touch!
Serve warm topped with cashew or almond butter and raw cacao nibs! **
