To add on to what I’m saying here. Working out and changing your food choices will change your body but in different ways than everyone else. I stopped thinking about weight loss a long time ago and more about building my core back up after a hard labor with the daughter that left me in the hospital for a week and my back damaged for life. I stopped desiring a coke shape body when i realized my body wasn’t built that way and focused more on strong legs and a tighter butt. I stopped focusing about the number on the scale and more on the inches of the tape measure or the muscle definition. It’s all about perspective and your willingness to be patient. I can't believe these girls are here in Orlando!!! I've been their Virtual Fitness Coach for almost a year now 💕 Together they have shed over 50lbs!!! We started this journey while I lived in Hawaii...and these beautiful ladies live in Florida, Washington, and Nebraska, and yet I was STILL able to help them and do this journey to fit WITH them 💓 This right here is why I do what I do!

They are ladies I do life with everyday no matter the miles between us...we support, motivate and cheer each other on towards our goals...through it all...and today, I'm so thankful that I get to hug them 💞

Where is my desperation for chocolate. I’ve been eating macdonalds every week for months then I drink this stuff and I don’t even fancy so much as a sesame seed.
Nah fam this is some voodoo. But I’ll drink it anyway coz, well, GAINZ!!! Never experienced this ever! I have it for a snack and I’m full for ages. I have to make myself eat lunch.

SUNRISE. It’s a brand new day, a brand new week. Monday is the beginning, it’s a day of reflection on the week before but it’s also a day where I start over. I believe in new beginnings, I believe that your mindset is so important. When it comes to the beginning of the week, the beginning of the month and the year, it’s something that really is refreshing for most people (including me). I try not to make it a time where I think negatively of the past, I accept it and move on
You can’t beat yourself up for this year (trust me), you also can’t expect things to change without work. We have to put out intentions into this week and actually achieve them, that means realising how to do them but also making sure you do. Trust me, I am queen of procrastination! But now’s the time. Let’s make the rest of this year count! 🙌🏻 .

Avant on me demandait “mais comment as tu fait pour maigrir” auquel je répondais “j'ai reequilibré mon alimentation pour manger a ma faim, je me suis mise au sport et j’ai été patiente”
Réponse qui ne satisfaisait pas beaucoup de monde, car à ça j’avais rarement de retour.
Maintenant on me demande “comment tu fais pour aimer ton corps?” et la réponse est sensiblement aussi évidente, “j’ai accepté que ça prenne du temps, j'y ai travaillé chaque jours, en faisant le tri sur les réseaux sociaux, en me regardant tel quelle dans le miroir, en étant bienveillante avec moi même et surtout en acceptant de ne pas être parfaite et donc en acceptant de ne pas avoir une relation parfaite avec mon corps”
Il faut que vous acceptiez que non, vous n'allez pas vous aimer chaque jours, que parfois quand vous demanderez votre taille en magasin et qu'on vous répondera “désolé on ne vas pas jusque là” vous aurez envie de faire un régime, que parfois en voyant passer un produit magique dans votre feed vous.vous direz “ah peut être qu'avec ça…” Mais au fond c’est ça une relation d'amour non? Y’a pas des jours ou vous avez envie de plaquer mari et enfants? Y’a pas des jours ou vous avez envie de claquer tout court votre mec? Et pourtant, est ce que ça remet en question l’amour que vous leur portais?
Et bien dans votre relation de BodyLove, c’est pareil, commencez par accepter que cette histoire d'amour ne sera pas un conte de fées, commencez par accepter que cela prendra du temps et vous pourrez commencer à vous aimer 🌟 Kiss and SelfLoveClub mes IG 💋

After 1+ years of having this account and posting almost daily, I’m starting to get a bit bored with it.🤣 So in an effort to spice thangs up and give myself a creative challenge, I’m going to attempt to develop a consistent look and feel for my photos. Would appreciate any and all tips especially if your IG page is aesthetic goals please holla at me in the comments. And don’t worry my captions will still be random and outlandish AF.
At the half-way point of my weight loss I was doing a minimum of 60 minutes of cardio per day. I was undereating and over doing cardio. Here’s why:
-I was afraid to eat carbs.
-I was afraid to overeat.
-I was intimidated by the gym.
-I thought looking weights would make me look like a man.
-I was sticking to a restricted list of foods that I thought were good for me.
If I ate something “bad” I would do extra cardio to try to “break even”.
I was like most people...lost, unsure and afraid to try something different. I then learned that food was fuel and good for me. I ate more, lifted less cardio and got down to two 20 minute cardio sessions per week. My energy, mood, performance and results sky rocketed.
Nutrition is KEY. This is a fact. It will never change. I have been meal prepping every week since 2014. I will make time to meal prep over completing a workout. My meal prep days are non-negotiable. If you want major results you have to you commit to getting the nutrition right and trusting the process.
