To add on to what I’m saying here. Working out and changing your food choices will change your body but in different ways than everyone else. I stopped thinking about weight loss a long time ago and more about building my core back up after a hard labor with the daughter that left me in the hospital for a week and my back damaged for life. I stopped desiring a coke shape body when i realized my body wasn’t built that way and focused more on strong legs and a tighter butt. I stopped focusing about the number on the scale and more on the inches of the tape measure or the muscle definition. It’s all about perspective and your willingness to be patient. I can't believe these girls are here in Orlando!!! I've been their Virtual Fitness Coach for almost a year now ๐Ÿ’• Together they have shed over 50lbs!!! Just taking a moment to appreciate the weightloss. 30 days of drinking superfood packed #shakeology. 
A little baffed doesn’t cut it. I mean, bish how??? I’m a huge sceptic so I want to try before I even think of suggesting it but I have no idea who I am anymore. 
Where is my desperation for chocolate. I’ve been eating macdonalds every week for months then I drink this stuff and I don’t even fancy so much as a sesame seed. 
Nah fam this is some voodoo. But I’ll drink it anyway coz, well, GAINZ!!! Never experienced this ever! I have it for a snack and I’m full for ages. I have to make myself eat lunch. 
The hater in me doesn’t like this, I have nothing to hate ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Back into the swing tonight! BOXING!! Even though its Christmas I still need to keep moving and keeping my routine.. so tonight we did 100 to 20.. highs, jabcross, uppers, hooks, kneeling highs, incline highs and seated bicep uppers.. Week 45 day 1 - I feel so mashed after today's training and it's only Monday ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Today we did 20 mins, 2 mins per station, which was boxing, squat thrusts and side crunches but you lift  your legs straight and stretch your free arm toward your legs. SUNRISE. It’s a brand new day, a brand new week. Monday is the beginning, it’s a day of reflection on the week before but it’s also a day where I start over. I believe in new beginnings, I believe that your mindset is so important. When it comes to the beginning of the week, the beginning of the month and the year, it’s something that really is refreshing for most people (including me). I try not to make it a time where I think negatively of the past, I accept it and move on

You can’t beat yourself up for this year (trust me), you also can’t expect things to change without work. We have to put out intentions into this week and actually achieve them, that means realising how to do them but also making sure you do. Trust me, I am queen of procrastination! But now’s the time. HONESTY TIME - lately I've been struggling. Although I did my workouts and my nutrition was probably 75% on par... I've lost my mojo.๐Ÿคท‍โ™€๏ธ I've been trying to switch things around, try new recipes, etc. but everything just felt like such a chore, to the point where I've been really stressing myself out. I used to enjoy my workouts... All motivation and inspiration went down the drain for some reason... I honestly can't remember when it stopped being fun, and became a "have to". The snack monster and my inner mean girl voice paid a few visits too...๐Ÿ˜’. So, as of today I'm taking things back to the basics. My portion containers are back out, I'm starting a new program today (which I wanted to do since it has been released during the summer!!) and I will be focusing on daily PD a lot more. Sometimes these things happen, it's completely normal to get caught up in your own head space. Every journey has bumps in the road...! ๐Ÿ’ช

Avant on me demandait “mais comment as tu fait pour maigrir” auquel je répondais “j'ai reequilibré mon alimentation pour manger a ma faim, je me suis mise au sport et j’ai été patiente”

Réponse qui ne satisfaisait pas beaucoup de monde, car à ça j’avais rarement de retour. 
Maintenant on me demande “comment tu fais pour aimer ton corps?” et la réponse est sensiblement aussi évidente, “j’ai accepté que ça prenne du temps, j'y ai travaillé chaque jours, en faisant le tri sur les réseaux sociaux, en me regardant tel quelle dans le miroir, en étant bienveillante avec moi même et surtout en acceptant de ne pas être parfaite et donc en acceptant de ne pas avoir une relation parfaite avec mon corps”

Il faut que vous acceptiez que non, vous n'allez pas vous aimer chaque jours, que parfois quand vous demanderez votre taille en magasin et qu'on vous répondera “désolé on ne vas pas jusque là” vous aurez envie de faire un régime, que parfois en voyant passer un produit magique dans votre feed vous.vous direz “ah peut être qu'avec ça…” Mais au fond c’est ça une relation d'amour non? Y’a pas des jours ou vous avez envie de plaquer mari et enfants? Y’a pas des jours ou vous avez envie de claquer tout court votre mec? Et pourtant, est ce que ça remet en question l’amour que vous leur portais?

Make sure you’re following @la.yo.be, @c.m.d.w and @shavonnemarie_happily for more motivation, accountability, and tips! .
For newbies, we recommend you do 3 rounds; do each exercise for 30 seconds each before resting for 60 seconds. That will complete one round.

Then repeat for 2 more rounds. That's just 5 mins total! If you can add more rounds and want to challenge yourself for 10 minutes, do that!

The HIIT workouts alone can be your workout for the day, or add the HIITs to the workout you already have planned!

After 1+ years of having this account and posting almost daily, I’m starting to get a bit bored with it.๐Ÿคฃ So in an effort to spice thangs up and give myself a creative challenge, I’m going to attempt to develop a consistent look and feel for my photos. Would appreciate any and all tips especially if your IG page is aesthetic goals please holla at me in the comments. And don’t worry my captions will still be random and outlandish AF.

At the half-way point of my weight loss I was doing a minimum of 60 minutes of cardio per day. I was undereating and over doing cardio. Here’s why:
-I was afraid to eat carbs.
-I was afraid to overeat.
-I was intimidated by the gym.
-I thought looking weights would make me look like a man.
-I was sticking to a restricted list of foods that I thought were good for me.

If I ate something “bad” I would do extra cardio to try to “break even”.
.
I was like most people...lost, unsure and afraid to try something different. I then learned that food was fuel and good for me. I ate more, lifted less cardio and got down to two 20 minute cardio sessions per week. My energy, mood, performance and results sky rocketed.

Nutrition is KEY. This is a fact. It will never change. I have been meal prepping every week since 2014. I will make time to meal prep over completing a workout. My meal prep days are non-negotiable. If you want major results you have to you commit to getting the nutrition right and trusting the process.
